In addition to our full 1 YEAR WARRANTY, we also give our customers the peace of mind in knowing that our pricing is guaranteed. In other words, we will never come to you and ask for more money unless you add extra work. That's not the way we do business.

We also realize that many homeowners are not familiar with the costs associated with proper basement finishing, so we've included some pricing guidelines below  to assist you in this area. Read through this information, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

The average costs per square foot: Most average basement projects will fall within a price range of about
$20.00 - $35.00 per square foot (It depends on extra work such as bathroom, bar, cedar closet, built-ins or similar projects).

What our pricing includes: Our estimates include all the materials and labor costs, framing, Insulation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC vents from existing units, drywall and finish, all trim work, six panel doors, and paint.

In addition, our pricing also includes the remaining labor costs for extra work: The installation of flooring, cabinetry, light fixtures, tile, appliances, countertops, and removal of all trash and debris related to the project. In a nutshell, 100% of the labor costs are included in our estimates, and about 80% of all material costs are included.

What our pricing does not include: Our pricing does not include the costs to purchase: Cabinets, sinks & faucets, light fixtures (except recessed lighting), flooring, appliances, countertops, tile, or any similar finish materials.

The reason we do this is simple: We never want our customers to feel pressured when choosing the finish materials they will use, and we don't expect you to have all the answers up front. Besides, as the project progresses, we find that many homeowners will change their minds (and the budget) more than once. Since the contractors don't need these materials until the last third of the project, and since all labor costs are included, we've decided to keep it simple and exclude only these material costs from our estimates. On average, these finish materials will only add about 10% - 15% to the project budget, or around $2.00 - $5.00 per square foot.

If you're really trying to cut costs, these are the best ways to save money:
1. Finish only the space you actually need, and leave some unfinished space for storage.
2. Use carpet flooring whenever possible. This is one of the very best ways to save money.
3. Use Granite tile or  formica countertops instead of full granite slabs or corian. It's very durable and inexpensive.
4. Use stock, pre-assembled cabinetry as opposed to custom cabinetry.

5. Finally, choose a one piece fiberglass tub or shower instead of a tiled shower.

Computer Drawing pricing: We use computer design software in order to provide our customers with 3-D digital drawings of what the finished basement might look like before work has even started. Our designs blend with your home's interior in order to achieve a high level of continuity and flow. After all, a basement properly finished should look like the rest of your home, and not like an afterthought. If you would like for us to provide you with computer drawings of your basement, we do charge a fee of $300.00 to cover the time involved in producing the drawings. That fee is refundable if we are hired to finish your basement. Should you decide to do it yourself or hire another company, the drawings are yours to keep.
